The 40-pound sample box is approximately 50% high-quality grind, 25% steaks and 25% roasts. All of our beef is vacuum-sealed, with steaks coming in packs of 2 and burger coming in 1-pound flat packs . Each roast is 3-4 pounds, the perfect size for feeding a family or having some leftovers for the busy work week.
