Perfect for barbecue season (or any time of year), this 20-pound box is made up of approximately 50% high-quality grind and 50% variety of steaks. Steaks may include sirloin, t-bone, tenderloin, rib steak, flank steak, tri-tip, and more. All of our beef is vacuum-sealed, with steaks coming in packs of 2 and burger coming in 1-pound flat packs.
